What we require
At least a completed degree in a relevant engineering field.
Hands-on engineering experience on complex multidisciplinary projects.
Slovenian-speaking — the team works best in its native language.
Comfortable across electrical, mechanical and software — willing to step outside your main discipline.
Way of working
Asynchronous by default; at least one in-person day every two weeks, on site with clients when it matters.
Flexible schedule. You decide when those hours happen.
Internal, and so clients can see how their budget is being used.
You choose your PC and software; the company can buy it, counted against gross salary.
You talk directly to the founder and to the client. One team lead per seven people at most.
The best people, as few as needed — up to around 50.

Plus holiday and winter bonus (~€2,100 + ~€800 per year) and 26 days of annual leave.
